The boot process has started on it's own and it does not allow me to type in linux single. It marches right on fixing the issues and then it hangs again on this
Checking Internet Connections to start at boot thing. I don't knwo how i got the error the first time but i can't get past it.

Is there a way to get around this "check" if that what it is?
I did try pulling the cat 5 cable and rebooting but it hung on a check for eth0 or some such thing and stuck until put the wire back in and then stopped at:

Checking Internet Connections to start at boot.

ANNOYING!!!!!! My install on the PC was so smooth. Why is this a huge pain in my keister? The worst part of it is I'm working at school and I can't have a beer while I'm trying to think my way out of this. As soon as I finish up here it's straight home for a Black & Tan.

Do penguins like Black & Tan?
