Well, for Switzerland yes it is needed; Vatican is a standalone state inside Rome,
so it has the same Rome timezone, as well as for Republic of San Marino (currently it
is
the same but suppose that one day they decide to not follow the 'summer timezone',
which is a 'legalese' timezone). IMHO it doesn't hurt and gives one the
sensation of a more careful distribution.
