How about 'Dutch (Belgium)' => 'Europe/Brussels' ?
and 'German (Belgium)' => 'Europe/Brussels'
Belgium has three official languages.
While you're at it, you shouldn't forget about Holland:
'Dutch (Holland)' => 'Europe/Amsterdam'
But there are so many others that shouldn't be forgotten either...
And is that Language the language in which the OS will communicate with
me? Then I want it to be English. But I do want a comma to be used as
decimal point and I do want my date to be dd/mm/yyyy. Time being
displayed as HH:mm (24 hour). And a few other setttings I can't think of
right now.
I don't think you can connect language to location and regional settings
that easily. You can probably connect cities to time zones. I don't
think there will be exceptions to that rule.
