I was puzzled trying to make licq-0.70.1-1mdk work under cooker... no way all the time I got a ' segmentation fault'... Ouch that hurts! ;-) then installed the previous licq-0.70-1mdk or licq-0.61.1mdk and works ok. after cheching both came to find out that while licq-0.70-1mdk uses qt-2.01 licq-0.70.1-1mdk and the latest licq-0.71.1 at the licq site needs qt-2.02 Could it be posible to get qt2-2.02 in cooker? or please tell me if the one available at rpmfind.net is safe to use in cooker? as I read, qt2 libraries under cooker goes into a different dir (?) Another question... Now that everyone is concerned about security (I am) I like to ' play' with nmap, nessus and many other network auditing tools to check our site. would it be posible and wise to include a 'Firewall' in the next release of Mandrake? how about the ' SINUS Proyect' do you want to take a look/ licenced GPL as it should.. ;) go here: http://www.ifi.unizh.ch/ikm/SINUS/firewall/ and take a peek at all the features. Doanloaded the latest release for kernel-2.2.x (in Beta) and planning on giving it a test drive. could be a nice proyect for the extranet server at NetRevolution as well...
