DrakX uses either the XF86_FBDev or XF86_VGA16 server. It uses the FB if the
kernel manage to initialise it (DrakX tests if /proc/fb is there).

Does the kernel FB works? does the FB X server works on top of it ?
does X VGA16 server works?
