I always do an fmirror from
ftp://ftp.sunet.se/pub/Linux/distributions/mandrake-devel/
(Other mirrors, like ftp.tvd.be also have this problem) Over the last
few days I've
found more and more src.rpm's that can't be queried, and won't rebuild.
Here's the
typical:
[stefan@cgmd77035 stefan]$ rpm -qipl file-3.28-1mdk.src.rpm
query of file-3.28-1mdk.src.rpm failed
[stefan@cgmd77035 stefan]$ rpm --rebuild file-3.28-1mdk.src.rpm
Installing file-3.28-1mdk.src.rpm
This is on both my alpha and intel (Mandrake 6.1) systems. I've tried
to download some of the packages again (even downloading with other
software), and
retry, but it doesn't help...
The list is getting quite big... (it's still incomplete, I'm going
through the rest
