i downloaded the iso last night and put it on cd this morning..
normal install
i boot the machine, it detects a bootable CD and boot off it.
its picks up adaptec 2740,2840,2940.
I say no other scsi adapters
it says " error : could not mount a CD on device /dev/scd0 "
thats it won't go any further,,, choosing cards manualy makes no difference
expert install
seems ok .. boots when i select card as above
mystery as to why is doesnt work on normal tho ?
