Correct timestamps is critical to the operation of rsync. The various copy
utilities cannot be depended upon to preserve file timestamps across a copy,
so after copying your cd to hard disk and before running rsync you should run
'mirror -T ...' (read the miiror htmls in /usr/doc) to synchronise your
timestamps with those on the rsync server.
Otherwise you risk triggering a complete rsync download of the entire 648
Mb 7.0 beta.
