The Rawwrite in cooker is 2 versions behind the current release.the latest version was released yesterday. The latest verision is avaible at  Rawwrite . I have had no problems with it under Win98. There is a file diskio.dll that needs to be in the same folder as the .exe file if you are using Win95.
