[Cooker] Mime types problem?

Hello all,

        I have installed latest (as of yesterday) release from the primary
mirror, and after the install I notice that whenever I try to use Netscape
to browse all it does is offer to download the page. Instead of rendering
the HTML, it asks me if I would like to save the document to my home
dir. Any suggestions, help, ideas?
