[Cooker] Cable modems

Tested Mandrake 7 with two cable ISPs in Canada:

Cable-Axion: uses Com21 cable modems. Fixed IP address, works fine, but it
appears users are behing a firewall.

Videotron Cable: uses Samsung SCM-100RB2/XAR or Motorola CyberSURFR Wave
MM2150A. Uses DHCP, no firewall.
