Hi, thanks for the report. I'm the one supposed to fix such bugs - it's not the first time I hear about a problem with vfat partitions, even though I really don't see what the problem is. Guess I should create a dummy vfat partition on my linux-only machine. Will try to debug that. You don't need to report to kde.org, it would end up in my mailbox again :-) -- David Faure [EMAIL PROTECTED] - KDE developer [EMAIL PROTECTED] - Mandrake [EMAIL PROTECTED] - Cramer Systems > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of > Civileme > Sent: Thursday, January 06, 2000 12:58 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: [Cooker] KDE Nasties > > > > > Well, I have discovered a difficulty in LM 6.1 and managed to > reproduce it in Oxygen. > > Scenario: > > Computer with at least one vfat partition mounted in addition > to the usual ext2s. > > Produce the error: > > Grab a folder containing at least two files and DRAG it from > an ext2 partition to the vfat partition.
