If your running Windows, just use the Adaptec Easy CD Creator (more than
likely is what came with your burner). And under File -> Create CD from
Disc Image   choose the oxygen-3.iso and burn it.

So, what's up with running the Mandrake 7.0 Beta on laptops?  I've got a
Toshiba 400CDT which after initializing the CDROM, displays the
following:
in second stage install
