Best done with the drakrpm, which toggles to show uninstalled packages.  
Unfortunately it won't install anything (can't open file) - use kpackage for
that.  If you find libbfd in an uninstalled package that should have been
installed, complain here.   You must specify the correct complete path and 
file name.  Drakrpm and locate might help here.
