The above refers to a machine with an MGA G200 AGP 8Mb video card.
Further, an attempt to install Air on a 32 Mb 100 MHz PCI machine with a
Trident 9400 video card let to the following:
1. No messages appear after the purple line. They did in previous
releases of hd.img!!
2. Machine freezup, including mouse cursor, with the SCSI virtual LED lit
at amber. There are NO SCSI adaptors or devices (other than an ATAPI IDE
CD-R?).
