The following comments refer to my download of about 10 hours ago, the
"Oxygen 7.0b Beta (Air)" release, and a Custom, Development, all groups
checked except Workstation Manager and Web Server
Installation program:.
1. Total time used to be over 30 minutes - It now showed 8:50. After Time
Remaining reached 00:00:00 installation continued for a further 20 minutes,
during which the Total Time revised itself to 00:10:30.
2. Instructions to the user about inserting and removing floppy
disks remain inadequate.
3. Printer test now works! Bravo! But Print Both only printed the
ASCII page. No Postscript page.
4. Configure X. Clicking on Test (which has always worked and nothing has
changed here) produced "An error has occurred", without telling me what error.
The information in "Show Information" is all correct. Impossible to get
past this point.
So, in summary, no useful system yet.
