[Cooker] security fix

hi..

i haven't installed cooker yet, but there was just a security
local expliot i just found... i'm not sure if it's old yet..

anyways, on redhat 6.x the file /usr/sbin/userhelper is setuid
root or something.. just chmod 755 userhelper and that will
fix the exploit...

just wanted to let you know incase you didn't already.\
