I know it's been a while coming (life can be a kicker sometimes huh?)
but you will find my kernel-2.2.spec file and my freeswan-bjm.bz2 patch
in ftp://crypto.linux-mandrake.com/pub/crypto/incomming/.  My changes
are against the 2.2.15-5mdk spec file and source package.

I am looking forward to seeing an official kernel/freeswan package
coming from Mandrake.  :-)  Let me know if there is anything I can do to
further help.
