Thanks for the Help !
So now I have;
non-installable fsv-0.9-1.i386.rpm on LM 7.x/cooker
with Mesa-3.1-7mdk,
due to missing libMesaGL.so.3 and libMesaGLU.so.3
fsv-0.9-1mdk.rpm installs but performs poorly with
the 233mmx and 4mg video
On older P 120 machine with LM6.1 and
Mesa-3.0.99-4mdk and fsv-0.9-1.i386.rpm
and 8 mgs video,
it works okay just slow and awkward but as
expected on the older slower machine.
Can anyone tell me if this fsv is in fact functional
and useful on a faster machine with better 3dfx
rendering? Its potential is interesting and if it can
actually do what it promises it might be a
fine addition as a file manager or at least a
great presentation tool to potential new users!?
