Brian, at your lead I did the upgrade as well.
Installing both the regular and dev packages
#rpm -Uvh linuxconf*
linuxconf ###################################
linuxconf-devel #############################
'package Makefile not listed in file index'
'package Readme not listed in file index'
I have often gotten these two paticular messages
at various time expecially the 'Readme' one.
However I don't appear to have gotten any
of the ones you did !?
