Yes, of course.
In Linux Mandrake 7.0 install QT and KDE was unselected by default when
a 16 bit locale (ja,ko,zh_CN.GB2312,zh_TW.Big5) was selected, because
we couldn't decently offer a choice to install a non-functional desktop.
Now that it works we will offer the same choice than for other languages.
