Of corse :-) Mandrake-CLE alread use patched libQT in Linux-Mandrake 7.0,
and remove default gnome in DrakX. KDE was working chinese fine. 

To Pablo:
I tried the Cooker's qt packages last month, It can't use XIM, right?
