The config files are incompatible between these two Xfree releases.
You need the generate a new XF86Config file via xf86config.
Don't use the Draktools for generating config files for XFree86 4.0.
They are bad and evil (you will see the difference when you compare
XF86Config files generated from xf86config and XDrake).
