[Cooker] /sbin/ifdown doesn't support dhcpxd

/sbin/ifup does support dhcpxd, but /sbin/ifdown doesn't.
Who know what's the difference between these 4 dhcp clients(dhcpxd,
dhclient, dhcpcd, pump)?
