I have running configurations of isdn4net and kisdn.
kisdn-1.1.0-1mdk and kernel-2.2.15-0.28mdk work well together.
(kisdn-1.1.0-1mdk70-kde-1.1.i586.rpm from http://www.millenniumx.de/ )
