[Cooker] Bug: gnome-libs

The current Helix-derived Gnome-libs has this rather annoying bug: it
override the colour scheme of plain themes. Running a program as a
different user, though, (eg running nmapfe as root under a normal user's
graphical login) results in the colour scheme being applied properly.
