[Cooker] SOme newbie questions...

Well, it is the first time  I try to use a development version of a
distribution, so I don't know what to do, I asked for help and somebody (
i don't remenber the name, sorry :) ) told me to do a rsync with sunet...
ok, it is done, and now how can I install? while downloading from sunet,
some packages failed and were upgraded, how can I install now? what must I
do? can I regenerate the packages list from those packages that I
actually have? how?
