[Cooker] KDE menu editor

When i installed 100% of linux mandrake 7.1 (latest update) I tried to run
the menu editor when i was done so that I could run all of my programs from
the menu. But instead of getting menu editor i got Opps... it's not
installed. Is there anyway i can install it from cd or anything?
