Yes, it is. And it was on this person's system.
But it's not accessible from traditional kde menu.. it's a bug..
Anyway, be very careful in adding menu entries: the update-menus script
[called after each install of RPM's with menu entries] will erase your
menu entries.
Please add some files in /usr/lib/menu [look at one file to see the
syntax] if you want to add your own menu entries.
