Does anyone know of a good WYSIWYG HTML editor for ANY op system?

Most of the WYSIWYG editors I have checked out break down when viewed from
different resolutions or different platforms, and FP will make you look dumber
than a box of rocks from some browsers.  Hippie comes closer, but unless you learn
percentages....  Well, I am sure you know what happens.
