[Cooker] New beta.

This morning's rsync download from aarnet of Cooker shows another
unannounced major 7.1 beta update.

108 of the 2501 files in Cooker have been updated.

Regrettably, the base directory VERSION file has not been updated to
reflect this new 7.1 beta and still stands at:

linux-mandrake Hydrogen (20000511)

Back to square one for all the volunteer beta testers?    Yet again!

I encourage discussion about how this beta test might be more
effectively managed.
