Mine too.
Still as I said in a previous post that was ignored - The VIA8C686A on-board 
sound card will only work if configured through ALSA, which is not installed 
by default. It would be nice if this was done if this card is detected 
(which it is during the install but the OSS module only is used which 
doesn't work).
