[EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEW Ever Confirmed| |1 Summary|Cannot rebuild the NVidia |/lib/modules/`uname - |src rpms for my NForce |r`/build link not present |motherboard | ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-10 00:32 ------- The (GPL) drivers for the IBM Thinkpad-specific device is also affected. Could the link from /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build to /usr/src/linux-`uname -r` be made and included in the kernel RPM? (I would settle for Thinkpad driver support in the stock kernel also ;-)). ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: NEW creation_date: description: With RC1 and RC2 I haven't been able to get the network working on my NForce motherboard (MSI K7N420Pro). In order to install the Nvidia NForce driver I need to do an "rpm --rebuild" of the driver, but it does not work (rebuilding the Nvidia GLX and kernel rpms does work). Yes, I have the kernel source installed. I will attach the error messages here.
