Workaround:
ln -s /usr/src/linux-$(uname -r) /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/build
The newer kernel source RPMs have been doing this for me automagically.
Kenneth, are you using an up-to-date Cooker or RC?

With RC1 and RC2 I haven't been able to get the network working on my NForce
motherboard (MSI K7N420Pro).
In order to install the Nvidia NForce driver I need to do an "rpm --rebuild" of
the driver, but it does not work (rebuilding the Nvidia GLX and kernel rpms does
work). Yes, I have the kernel source installed.
I will attach the error messages here.
