Can you try with latest version, 1.805 ? (check that in Mandrake/mdkinst/usr/share/VERSION). The original bug I think it's related to, bug 1445, was still reproducible in RC2 when clicking "fast". In 1.805, even when clicking "fast" it should work correctly.
