This is not the only bug that results from not setting hostname, search
bugzilla, I think there is an entry already, and add this as another
consequence.

What /etc? /etc/resolv.conf is copied into the chroot on postfix
start/restart.

But courier is not in main. There is the issue of migrating mail from
mbox to maildir (yes, it is possible, but I don't think it is
responsible to do it automatically).

But defaulting to a Maildir-capable IMAP server would be better IMHO.
