I was using Evolution.
In order to be sure to produce the bug,
I first exited Evolution,
then I simultaneously launched
Mozilla, Evolution and the KDE file manager.
Evolution splash screen went blocked.
Then I did:
oaf-slay
rm -rf /tmp/orbit-j/
evolution
I got the same Evolution splash screen blocked.
Restarting KDE does nothing.
In order to resolve the problem,
I have to restart my computer.
Mostly, if I wait for KDE to be fully launched
and I launch Evolution at first,
I don't have the bug.
