When you start konqueror from the KDE menu, the actual command that it executes is
konqueror --profile webbrowsing
Using the webbrowsing profile means that Konqueror opens and displays the webpage:
View0_URL=file:/usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html
when it starts up.
The problem is that this file doesnt exist. The package indexhtml-9.1-7mdk provides
the index.html file in a different path.
The webbrowsing profile needs to be updated to reflect the path of the index.html file
as provided by the indexhtml package. As of indexhtml-9.1-7mdk, the correct path to
index.html is /usr/share/mdk/indexhtml/index.html
