It appears mozilla only rebuilds from SRPM with autoconf 2.13. Using 2.5 I get
the following message (on mozilla-1.3-1mdk.src.rpm and the two previous
versions):

------<SNIP>-------
Patch #47 (mozilla-1.1-spellcheckerinclude.patch.bz2):
+ /usr/bin/bzip2 -d
+ patch -p1 -b --suffix .spellcheckinclude -s
+ autoconf
build/autoconf/altoptions.m4:140: error: m4_defn: undefined macro:
_m4_divert_diversion
build/autoconf/altoptions.m4:137: MOZ_READ_MOZCONFIG is expanded from...
build/autoconf/altoptions.m4:140: the top level
autom4te-2.5x: /usr/bin/m4 failed with exit status: 1

byacc-1.9-13mdk.src.rpm is also affected by this (problem command is
autoheader).

Given the few people who rebuild from SRPM and that autoconf 2.13 is
Mandrake's default choice, is it even worth a formal bug report suggesting a
change to the spec file?

Arn

PS-I'm rebuilding for 9.0, but I don't think it should affect the underlying
issue.
