Ok, I'm seeing this here..
Very nice bug indeed.. It was a bug in "Nimbus Roman No9 L Medium" font which
wasn't boldified correctly..
Fixed in urw-fonts-2.0-9mdk

In mozilla, there is no visible difference between normal and bold texts. This
occurs in (seemingly) all html rendered texts when using the Times (new roman)
font, in navigator, email, composer etc. All fonts are set on anti-aliasing as
default, does that have something to do with it?
