------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-03 18:51 ------- I had a similar problem to this before. Did you install the "Nimbus" fonts recently beta-released by Bitstream? Their serif font didn have a bold, at least not on my install from a couple of weeks ago. It's normal that "Times" isn't antialiased; it's a bitmap font. Are you sure that you chose "Arial" for the other? "Helvetica", also a part of the Mandrake install, is a bitmap font too. I have no problems with "Arial" and "Times New Roman" being antialiased on my machine. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: In mozilla, there is no visible difference between normal and bold texts. This occurs in (seemingly) all html rendered texts when using the Times (new roman) font, in navigator, email, composer etc. All fonts are set on anti-aliasing as default, does that have something to do with it?
