How is this fixed? I just did a fresh Cooker installation, and the test screen
was a gray background. I know gc said he fixed it, but apparently not.

During resolution setup, I clicked test button. I received a gray screen with a dialog
box asking me whether it was ok. No tux image appeared. Clicked Ok and continued
installation.
