One thing that I'd like is "round-robin source groups". Right now, and
this is specially true for FTP mirrors, if urpmi tries to get a package
and the FTP/WWW server is full, it will fail.

When that happens, you either have to wait until there are some
connections available on the FTP server (which can take hours), or
install a new source (and possibly face the same problem, that server
might be crowded too).

Having multiple servers in a group, and doing a fallback to a random
server in the list whenever a server is unavailable would make things
more robust.

It should also fix the problem when a Cooker mirror is slow to
synchronize, if the RPM is not found, it would try another mirror that
would possibly have the package.

We could improve this by having a "minimum download speed" option, where
if our usual mirror is really slow, it would try to find a faster one.

What do you think?
