:-) Right. You used the version number. Well done. So "kernel" is maybe not 
the best example.
But I imagine that you see my point. "urpmf --description kernel" will give 
you a description of all package which contain files with "kernel" in the 
pathname (unless I'm mistaken). Which means a lot.
It is more obvious with the package "bc", since it doesnt have a version name 
in its package name.
