------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-17 22:20 ------- -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 kppp used to be a part of the kdenetwork package, but has now been separated into it's own kdenetwork-kppp package, I'm not sure, but it might be that it's been dropped from the cd's, most people would want to use mandrake's own tools for this anyways... I followed the advice to perform a command line install. When I arrive at the package selection, I realize that a lot of packages are missing. One particular package I was looking for was kppp. Then I finished the install program without installing kppp. I tried to install kppp later using the package manager. But the problem is that the package manager uses the same list of packages. Even after runnung the update packages with all 3 CDs. Everything works fine on my home computer (256Mb RAM). Sincerely, Hannes
