------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-17 22:30 ------- Hi Per yvind Karlsen I used kppp just as an example to point out that about half of the packages were missing. I can find kppp on my other computer which has 256Mb RAM. Sincerely, Hannes ----- Original Message ----- To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, March 17, 2003 1:20 PM Subject: [Bug 3405] [Installation] Incomplete Package List 22:20 ------- separated own message line Then packages ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: When I install Mandrake 9.1 RC2 on my Laptop (only 64Mb RAM) I get the message that I am low on recources. I followed the advice to perform a command line install. When I arrive at the package selection, I realize that a lot of packages are missing. One particular package I was looking for was kppp. Then I finished the install program without installing kppp. I tried to install kppp later using the package manager. But the problem is that the package manager uses the same list of packages. Even after runnung the update packages with all 3 CDs. Everything works fine on my home computer (256Mb RAM). Sincerely, Hannes
