No I can't find ati.2 or anything like that in my uninstall packages rpmdrake. I can't
think of anything else useful but I will give any information about the system you
want.

I have no accel in X 3D games. This is what the log says:
(WW) RADEON(0): [dri] Some DRI features disabled because of version mismatch.
[dri] radeon.o kernel module version is 1.2.0 but 1.3.1 or later is preferred.
(WW) RADEON(0): [agp] AGP not available
I am using the very latest cooker X and kernel. Hardware setup is. AMD Athlon XP
2000+ Radeon 7500 Msi kt4 motherboard and 256 mb ddr ram. Dunno if thats
relevant.
