Yes then it would more or less be exactly like gentoo but with that special
mandrake touch.
This would also be interesting on the next versions of the amd opteron. In
that case you could install 9.1 and just urmpi --optimize-all --buildarch
x86-46 or something like that and get a athlon 64 optimized distro under your
hood.
