Perhaps instead of this email subscription system, it might be better to set up a corporate nntp server with one or more cooker groups on it. You can get your feedback as easily and perhaps with better structure as we could return to former threads. When 9.1 development was at its peak, there were over 200 emails each day, so it was easy to lose track. By having your own nntp server, you will keep your participants down to those who are sufficiently interested to set up an account on their newsreaders. You could also set uo a password using the same criteria for people who subscribe to the email group.
