Looks like a kernel problem to me.

You may try booting with option "acpi=off" and "noapic".

Or even "ide=nodma" (but shouldn't change anything to you if you don't use ide).

description:
Installation of Mandrake 9.1 rc2 work fine, but eatch time I start it, it
freeze on the "Find module dependency" and I never see the green "OK" for it.

I have this problem with Mandrake 9.1 beta 3 and rc1.

With this problem, I can't test Mandrake 9.1 beta3, rc1 & rc2. It should be
usefull to make an rc3 for those like me that can't test rc versions.

Perhaps I have this problem because my PC have no IDE peripherals but only
SCSI ?
